Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe (Makes 2 drinks):
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of sugar, adjust to your taste, adding more or less as needed.
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 to 2 shots of espresso (about 1/3 cup or 1/2 cup of strong coffee)
2 cups of whole milk
Whipped cream for serving
Instructions:
Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to the saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
Remove pan from heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and coffee.
Divide the mixture between two mugs.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
